Just thought ill shamelessly advertise one of my sites here.
Its called MyGameArchive.com and lets you build up a collection of games you own for majority of games consoles and enables you to find friends with other similar interests. Still in Beta and we haven't advertised it properly yet as we want to get out of beta first but have a lookie, didn't know I owned quite so many games to be honest
