At present we would have to repair your unit subject to condition.

If repairable the cost is £375.00 plus carriage and vat.

Not a bad price given the two year warranty provided but a bummer that you have to send your own rack. Might be worth trying to find a cheap one from a breakers yard and send that instead.

yeah, cheapest steering rack you can find on here or ebay. There was one on ebay a while back for 60quid...guaranteed it was a "creaker", but you could buy it and send it to them to re-condition.

I wonder what parts they replace when they do it?
