Burning Rubber!

Hi All, I bought sharppys EP3 (brens old one) now the road wheels are the following offset,

Front 17x9 ET25 running 225/45/17
Rear 17x8.5 ET35 running 215/45/17

I want to run ideally 235 front and 225 rear, or in and ideal world 245 front 235 rear or 245 square.

Is it possible to run this setup on an EP3 if so what wheel offset is required?

Cheers
Jay

Offset of them wheels is pretty much spot on for an aggressive track car. I just don't think it'll be possible to run that size tyres without some serious arch work no matter what offset you have.

Do you think I could run 225/45 on the rear with those wheels? The Advans for track run 225/45 all round, but unsure of there width / offset.

The arches are already rolled. The Advans are 8j and ET3 and 225/45. Camber on rear is -1.8, front is -2.3.
For road I wanted to get the Nankang NS2 of, I have a set of PS3s but are 225.

Future I made go -3.0, front camber allowing a wider tyre.

Well I put 225/45 on the rear and I get some nasty arch catch under compression.

I am thinking if I go for a 8" wheel a 225 tyre should be fine, if I got 8 or 8.5" on front a 235 should be fine.

Seems a ballache to just change for road use. But it's definitely lacking grip on the front under hard pressing. Maybe change front front tyres, and go back to 215s on the rear.

I run

17x8 ET38 with a 235/40 tyre rear - Arches rolled flat and pulled slightly
17x9 ET23 with a 255/40 tyre front - Fiberworx front wings cut flush.
