My rears picked up quite a bit of rubber on my last track day. I presume the thing to do is scrub this excess off?

These are just my track tyres. I took a punt on Nankang NS2 Rs (...wait for abuse...) and they were great! Admittedly I can only compare them against conti sports and potenzas that I've used on track before, but so much more grip.

Put them on the front next time. A quick wheel spin will clean them up

I see you supercharged your car Graeme. You done any track days since last year at Oulton Park? (we shared a garage)

No not done any yet ! Going to do cadwell park with usual crew and then oulton park again and that will be it for this year ! What plans have you got for your ctr anything exciting ??

Just fully done the suspension (coilovers), RCAs, castor bushes etc. engine is past 90k now as still use it as a daily sometimes so I don't think I'll doubt I'll seek more power. What date is oulton?

Nice the suspension mods really make a difference,Worth every penny IMO ! Oulton park is on the 12/11/14 I think , have a look on trackaction-online.com

Ok cool. I tend not to book track days more than a week in advance in case the weather is going to be crap! I'll keep an eye and may see you there!

Am the same mate I've not booked yet as the ctr is useless in the wet with the charger ! Fingers crossed its dry day ! Yeah will be good to catch up again
