I've currently got some Michelin Pilot Sport 2 tyres in 225/35/R18 on my 18" wheels, and I need to replace them.

I really want to try out Michelin Pilot Super Sports because I've heard rave reviews about them, but the closest size they do them in is 225/40/R18.

Is anyone else running these size tyres on their 18" alloys? I don't really want to throw out my speedo too much if I can help it.

225/40/18's should be fine. I've just bought myself a set of 18" dare rs's of gumtree with tyres for £275 I had to buy them for that price. Can I ask how you are finding the ride using 18's on a ep3 only every time i mention putting 18's on a ep3 people keep telling me to stay away from them a stick to 17's. Cheers mark

They come stock with 17s so I would advise to stick to 17s!
