I went past the Honda facility today where they develop Asimo - wasn't able to go and shake hands with him though. Should get to see the bike run tomorrow, if it stops raining and snowing long enough.

Yes it's a pretty good "money couldn't buy" trip; we got a special private tour at the Honda Collection Hall today (I think John McGuinness knows the history of every single bike in there!), but we had to leave before the Asimo demonstration because the track was dried out and our session was due to start.

Great trip - well worth the 21 hour door to door travel each way.
Close-up the bike is a work of art (and performs pretty well on track too).
