Hello, your English is fine.
I would imagine it's like most filters and needs servicing/replacing yearly (maybe more often in dusty environments).
I could be wrong though as I don't own a Mugen box. Bit jealous

It still sounds same as new and VTEC kicks my balls. Too lazy to open it now... 20.000 km should be fine?
