Hi,
Any recommendations for brake refurb kits?

I'm looking to replace seals and pistons all round.

Hi David,

I would always recommend fitting factory reconditioned brake calipers which are fully rebuilt using new pistons and seals etc and come with a full 12 month warranty.

If you rebuild the calipers yourself, the refurb kits are quite expensive and you have no warranty as you have rebuilt it yourself.

I keep the front calipers in stock with the 'Type R' embossed logo at £130 inc vat each.

The rear calipers are £98 inc vat each.

We also stock a few options of brake discs and pads too depending whether you want something for everyday use / Fast Road use or Track.
