Does anyone have any recommendations regarding replacing the disks and pads on the FN2 Type R?

I've seen these in eBay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/400897731615

Don't know much about MTec so unsure weather they are worth getting vs OEM replacements?

Or does anyone have any other recommendations?

Car is a daily so never sees a track etc so don't need anything super sporty etc.

Im sure that there is lots of other Forums guys that will say the same as me and highly recommend the Stoptech Brakes.

If it's just a daily then keep to standard.
Cheap cross drilled discs like the ones in the eBay ad you posted are risk to cracking.
Stoptech discs are good quality, but maybe overkill for your needs.

For standard road use then I would go for Pagid plain face brake discs and pads.

Very good quality and we have not had any issues with them for road use.

Hi guys,

Thanks for the replies on this. I ended up having to opt for standards as needed to get the car in the garage at short notice due to work, but it's something to bare in mind for the future
