Hi Mike,

I have a DC5 Integra Type R which has been modified with engine mods consisting of cams etc which produce 275bhp. Which plugs do you recommend me getting? Ive looked at the NGK Iridium IX Spark Plugs heat rating 7 which is an upgrade from the normal NGK Iridium Spark Plugs. Do you think these will be ok for mine engine?

hi mate how long do the plugs take to arrive? I only ask as i am being mapped on sat and i dont think they have ever been changed

Need some plugs for my service. Im going to be fitting my DC mani, RBC and kpro soon (poss a set of JDM cams too) already running a tegiwa M, DC cat back so once the mods are fitted should I be looking to run a colder plug or will the stock plugs be good enough?

I want to know this, seen this on various places as an upgrade but the upgrade is cheaper.
