No mate, they are no better, I think it is just because they are what Honda fit from new.

Spoon tuned K20A2 engines use the IK22 Denso Iridium plug, I think it is to do with the U-groove technology Denso use on there Iridium Power spark plugs.

I have the Denso plugs in my 04 CTR.

I don't see why not matey, just ring them up before hand and pre warn them! If you want them, drop me a PM, Honda will charge you through the teeth for exactly the same plugs!
