I know this isn't going to stop real car thieves, because if they wan't your car, unfortunately they will take it.

But it may hinder the more inexperienced criminals and this has to be worth something at least.

you will need a passenger side drivers handle cover.

1. pop off the door car, lift it up and disconnect the tweeter wire.
2. disconnect the handle lever and locking lever plastic snap connections.
3.undo the bolts holding the handle to the door.
4. remove handle and dissasemble. (you will need a star driver)
5. remove the lock mechanism from the door.
6. swap out the drivers side handle cover for the new passenger side cover.
7. reassemble without the lock mechanism

Don't worry about remote interference, I have tested this extensively at car meets, under pylons etc and it has never failed to operate via remote. just be careful your battery doesnt die! don't attempt this if you are worried. This guide is only for paratroopers like me ;)
