Hey all. I bought my CTR as a 2nd owner, and the previous had not installed the emblem and decals - which i thought is a must have!!! after lots of hunting, i got the badge and decals for £25 :thumbup: from local honda dealer.

Now for the fitment :WOOT but,..... honda instructions looked a bit, shall we say.... involved!!

I have the instructions from honda, so PM me with an email address and i will try and email a scan of it to anybody who needs it.

1. Raise one side on the front (i used stock jack and only had one side jacked up to do both sides.


2. Remove half of the wheel arch trim to reveal bumper screws.


3. Now the front bumper can come off! Get a friend to help with disconnecting washers (dont forget to catch or plug screen wash!!!) and foglamps.


4. Another view.


5. Put the removed bumper on grass or sheet to avoid damage.


6. Remove the trim on top of the grill and the grill itself.


7. Another view.


8. Disassemble grill.
Using hole positions shown on honda fitting guide, put badge on, remove sticky film and use push nuts to fix to mesh.

10. Reassemble!! Again get a mate to help with bumper.


11. Final result. MUCH BETTER !!!!! :thumbup:

how do u remove the metal things if you wanted to remove the badge, i tried to pull them and it just snapped the plastic.
