Fitting an Active Subwoofer. Help.

What is the best way for me to install an active sub/amp unit into my boot.

I want to use the part of the boot where the spare would be, but I want it to be tidy, no wires showing, no ruined carpet.

Must look factory fitted.

Can anyone help or should I just take it to the dealer to do?
