Tools required
flat screw driver
philips screw driver
10mm sockect & ratchet

First unscrew & unclip the wheel arch from the front bumper 2 clips 1 screw on each





There is a clip holding the inner ach in place remove this to allow access the arch clips. Now loosen the clips holding the wheel arch trim as before on the rear. Unscrew the philips holding the bumper to the wing. remove the 2 bolts from underneath the front of the bumper along with the clips and save.



Remove the number plate and the screw behind it. The bumper is now free, slowly start to gently pul the bumper from 1 side and it will un clip. You will need to disconnect the fogs if you have them. Put the bumper onto a sheet . Remove the clips





The new splitter will now clip in to place from the centre out both ways plut the connectors screws back in place.now repeat the process in reveres to complete.



This took me about 1hr easy , you have just saved yourself £££££££££££££££££££££

Just fitted my grand prix kit to my CW using this guide, really struggled with the light washers and the fog lights, in the end left them fitted and struggled around them in stead :bad-words:

Thank you for the guide still took about 1hr 30mins although i did have a plastic plug issue and had to cut it off, luckly i had a spare one to replace it with.

I had mine off as commented, I need to fix some scuffs on the offside corner.
TBH, the lights and washer came off really easily!

In this picture, the red circles show the disconnection location for the washer system on the GT model. This is a simple squeeze and pull coupling. But note, once removed the washer bottle will empty through this, now open, pipe. Have a bung or bottle ready to catch the washer fluid.
The green circles are the fog light connections. It looks to me, like there is a 'safety catch' to keep the fogs plugged in as the connections are on the bottom of the lights and *could* rattle loose over time. you need to rotate the connector until it is vertical - when on the catch it is 20 degrees or so off the vertical.

Damn... missed some out.
If, like me, you do not need to remove the splitter then you DO NOT need to take off the number plate. The screw behind mine was only an inch long and going into the splitter, not connected to anything else.

The story is, and yes I am going to pass some of the blame for this... It was midnight, and we where leaving my cousins casino night 21st birthday part in December. The car park was pitch black so my brother was guiding me out of the car park. We backed out fine, and then a 10 point turn was needed to get out forwards. Finally done all that, my bro said go... but had not seen a rock on the verge and neither had I. It is one of the rocks people put out to stop you parking. I drove over said rock and scuffed the bumper.
You could not really see any of the damage, but I knew it was there so needed to be fixed!
I was not after a perfect finish, plus I had never done this type of repair before. So I sanded the area to remove the rough edges and most of the grooves, then used a touch up kit to paint it back up. A part from the surface finish not being uniform like the rest of the bumper, the coverage was better than I thought. The colour match was spot on!
Now it is finished, you can't tell there is damage there. Unfortunatly I did not get a photo of it done so I will get one at the weekend when the car comes out in the daylight again

Not taking anything away from the OP's guide but the splitters include instructions.

If you buy them second hand, you might not have the instructions so here they are for future reference.
