Just changed my Head Unit and after i had finished noticed I had made a couple of scratches to the Centre Silver console!

What I need to know is, where one of the scratches is it looks deep and there is a lil flap of paint/plastic hanging, when I tried pulling it off it just stretched!!

Can I file this down ?

Where can I get a good colour match?

Do you know of any mobile scratch removing specialists local to you? It sounds to me as it may need painting

Someone like 'Chips Away' or similar will be able to do that, so have a browse on the 'net for a site (I don't know of any sites off the top of my head )

Duraglit metal polish is a good trick for small scratches on glass, plastics and metals.

Although the scratch you have might be a little large for this, from what you say.
