Hello people
Iv been told the handbrake nut needs to turn clockwise in order to tighten it
from which way do you do this ?
do you sit at the back seat and turn the nut clockwise ?
or do you sit in the drivers seat and turn the nut clockwise ?

The correct way iv seen on another thread is to first, slackin the nuts off completely to the end of the thread. Then leave the handbrake on one click.
With the engine running, pump the brake pedal several times, this allows the adjuster at the calipers to tighten up.

Then tighten the two nuts back down on the cable ends at the handbrake base. Either lift the rear wheels off the ground (which is better so you can make sure each side is even) or roll the car back an forth, in order to check if u have enough tension on the cables.
