Is they any how to guides to remove the rear seats? Looking at them I can't see how they come out or could anyone tell me how to do them?

There's 2 clips at the front of the bench in each side. Pull the bench up on the front and they'll unclip.
Then in the middle of the bench by the drivers side rear seatbelt there's a 10mm bolt. It's a bit tight to get out as you have to push the cushion out the way.

Then for the back pieces, if I remember rightly (I should do I only took them out about 4weeks ago!) you pull back the fabric and there is two 12mm bolts that attach to the seat backs, once they are removed there is no fixings on the outer edges of the backs - the panel has a stud which slots into the side of the seat back so you literally just push both backs forward and they pretty much fall out.
