Received some more info from the lovely people at Honda.

I've noticed a few how to's on the same subject, apologies if i'm repeating anything.

I must add this quote Honda gave me:
"We would like to advise you that this is a very difficult job and damage

It recommends that the technician should make a note of the radio presets incase they get wiped... Yeah right, as if they'd put all the stations back in!!

Just looking through posts on trim removal, in the instructions for removing the door panel it mentions a 'commercially available trim pad remover'

I want one because I like to lick cows udders and im sick of breaking clips on my car!!

Where the heck do I get one of these?

Machine mart do them!! well i cant get my back panel on again, and its a pain!!

Trying to take the rear panel is lethal! i nearly lost a few fingers trying!

The plastic on the doors is no fun either, i got the nastiest paper cut along my finger joint lines when taking it off the first time!! Well it actually drew blood..
