This is where to ask questions or just chat about the biggest CTRO event of the year! :D

Some info below if you're new to the forum.

JAE will be at Peterborough Arena, The East of England Showground, Peterborough, PE2 6XE, on the 31st August - 3rd September 2017
For more info about JAE and to buy weekend tickets click here

JAE is a social weekend where club members can get together, relax over a beer/cider/prosecco or three, chat about cars or "whatever", meet like minded people from other car clubs and see what other random stuff happens over the weekend.

Weekend ticket prices are £45, bought in advance they will save you £10 compared to on-the-gate prices. This year you will be able to buy them direct from the website above as an e-ticket.

There is an additional cost to join the CTRO stand @ £20 per person but this includes food for the weekend (bacon rolls, chilli, curry, fajitas, noodle bar etc), camping by your car, marquees with seating for your comfort, music for those wanting to dance, lighting to make sure you don't get lost, electricity to charge your phone for all those JAE selfies etc. So the £20 really is a bargain! There's usually a few "freebies" on the go and sometimes we throw in an extra surprise too! Any additional costs will be covered by the forum/club. We'd rather this was paid in advance to ensure we know the numbers we're catering for and have enough space booked and paid for too.
All you need to bring is yourself, your car and booze! (Well a tent and sleeping bag could be useful too.) We'll provide stand wrist passes at the event. Please note the £20 stand fee is non-refundable as we use it to secure payment for stand equipment etc in advance.

To pay the £20 stand cost please make payment via paypal to friends and family (so no fees are incurred). Please also add your forum name somewhere so I know who the payment's from.
Paypal address is [email protected]
To make payment by other means please PM me.

Please note this is a non-profit making event for CTRO.
Obviously the more CTRs the better but all Jap cars are welcome to join CTRO. If you have a non Jap car you're still welcome to join us, unfortunately JAE staff will request that you leave your non Jap car in the public parking area. New JAEers are always going to get a warm welcome so don't be afraid to get your name down. :D

Last year we had an amazing turnout of over 40 cars and about 60 people so let's see if we can do it all again!
