Energy engine mount inserts £32
Fast road setup £95
Camber bolts £25
Eibach pro springs £150
Oil and filter change £75
Ferodo DS2500 pads £105
Braided lines £65

That would be our recommended choices for £500 + a tiny bit.

We can ofcourse provide all of the above. :)

Then spend about 50 quid on the alignment itself and tell them the values.
You will not get the level of accuracy from the user nor the equipment if you're getting an alignment from your local Kwik fit or ATS chain. Their tolerences on toe alone are usually +/- 1mm, as well as the fact i doubt they ever get their machines calibrated either.

Right :)

I've never been to a garage where they would have such big tolerances...
And the second thing is, you can never set an universal geometry setup as people have different expectations on how the car should handle and where it should be driven.
Also taking in mind the mods done to the suspension that can and will affect the outcome.

Do you take these things in mind or do you just have one set of values for everyone?

Fair play! This sounds like something I may look into!

A fast road setup is basically installing camber adjusters front and rear.

Then setting things like camber toe and castor to specific amounts to achieve a better amount of grip than a standard setup. Most cars have their standard suspension tuned to be tame and understeer at the edge of grip. This eliminates that and give you a very neutral feeling car with better turn in, better stability and more controlable at the limit.

What else do you recon you could do with roughly £500? Anything for power?

Any exhaust and filter etc will give extra noise but wont give much (if any) power on their own, realistically need Hondata management to notice the gains.

A k100 is within the £500 mark- but it will need mapping= extra ££

Hmm mostly all I have my mind set on to do to my ep3 is Japspeed decat. I got a k&n filter in original airbox atm. I am not really able to buy a Kpro. What do you recon will be the best options for power? Or mix between a bit more power and handling. can't really fork out £1k for a programmable ecu sadly :(
