Hi, I'm new to the forum, I'm thinking of getting a ep3 type r and I've seen one on autotrader in Leicester but it's got 151 thousand miles on it,full service history not all honda though, was thinking what are they like at this kind of millage or should I keep clear,thanks

Check it thoroughly, look it for a good drive. There's no reason why it can't do a sh-t load more miles of it has been looked after. I'd expect it would need replacement suspension etc by now though if it hasn't already

As long as it's had chain and tensioner done.

Rest of the suspension bits are relatively inexpensive and you would likely upgrade them anyway so not too much worry. Most suspension bits are pretty solid but they have an appetite for drop links! I do a set all round per year

Check the history for regular oil changes, they are easy too look after valve clearances and chain aside.
