There's nothing extra to look out for as they're basically the same car. To be honest, you pay a massive premium on the JDM and you don't really get that much extra.
For the price of a JDM model, you could buy a UKDM car, modify it and have a better car overall.

All replacement parts will fit both cars. I am with Lewis on this. Buy a uk car and with the money saved modify it to your own taste. Also remember the insurance will be more on the jdm as its an import.
