Spoon Wide view wing mirrors.

Hi everyone, looking at getting a set of the spoon Wide view wing mirrors as I have the rear view mirror and like it alot. But thought popped into my head this morning in this nice cold weather. I believe the mirrors are stick on like the rear view so my question is putting the mirrors on would that make the heated wing mirrors useless as wouldn't it just heat sticky pads up then they would drop off? Also if they dont drop off would it deice the mirrors? Anyone had any experience with these mirrors? Cheers Mark
