Hi people
Just wondering has anybody had or heard off Engine Carbon Clean?
My work collogue has BMW 7 Series Diesel and he is getting Engine Carbon Clean

No, but it's for diesels to remove soot from the system.

Seen a type r on Facebook page having carbon clean done owner seems happy with his comments

It came out first for petrol cars. The later for diesels. You do get carbon build up in petrol engines.
One of the users here done it to his Audi S4. He said it made an improvement but it only seemed short term. Didn't last long enough to get your money back in fuel savings.
Most Type R's get a hammering every day so less likely to suffer from carbon build up. Happens more often on cars that don't get driven hard and cars with EGR.
