Surely they should just be getting on with preparing to race, rather than trying to win on technicalities. I'm sure every single team has been taking the rules to pieces over the winter break to find loopholes and interpretations of the wordings, then designing based on the outcome and having their interpretation ratified by Whiting et al, before building it into the car design?

Anyway Ferrari have already confirmed they have no problem with it. And it's not moaning, they just want clarification so they can copy it.
