Nos kits

Hi looking for some info just bought a type r and have sorted out my suspension and brakes, looking into buying a nos kit for my car. What's the limit on the car running on standard internals? The car performance wise is standard so what's the max kit I could buy? I would like to go for about 100 or 75hp shots.

Ive heard ot can take quite a lot however a lot is wasted unless you change your manifold....apparantly
