Painted the engine mount this weekend:

Much better, few more bits to clean/paint under the bonnet then nearly there I think.

Also did the Hondata mod and 80mm induction pipe to the air box I had. Happy with the ITG but wanted to see how I go on with this, plus keeps the engine bay more OEM.

So broke out the grinder and opened and smoothed the box up:

Old restrictive air intake:

Better larger pipe I ordered:

Feed this intake behind the front panel/bumper and direct to the grill:

First impressions seem positive, not any louder than stock on idle or threw the rev range. Seems to pick up a little better though.

All fitted, sounds good, small burbling on idle and opens up threw the rev range.

Was a big task to fit as old b pipe seen better days, plus whilst we have the cat off fitted the rear engine mount upgrade.

New parts and fittings:

New 2.5' pipe ready to fit:

Old one off and in the best place for it:

Rear mount removed and insert fitted:

Clearance not issue as still running standard height at the moment:

Overall very happy with both upgrades. The pipe needed doing and had been blowing from join. The mount has made an improvement, is a slight vibration increase on idle, but will go once settled in I feel, plus much better threw the gears now.

Also refurbed my callipers and hubs front and rear:
